"Life has given me many opportunities to reinvent myself every time our family moved locations. As a Venezuelan and American citizen with residency in three other countries (the UK, Spain and Switzerland), I have developed multi-cultural awareness and appreciation which lead me to a love for travel and change."

I am particularly passionate about creating connections, promoting a healthy lifestyle and facilitating change management. An entrepreneur at heart, I have launched several businesses following my early years of a marketing career with multinational companies. Currently, I am in the process of scaling 5 Elements Snacks, a company created in Switzerland and now based in the UK that offers people “mind-full” snacks with nutritious and tasty benefits, helping them feel more vitalized and conscious of the importance of nourishing their bodies.

Throughout my different transitions, I have developed skills to organize and curate unique events customized to a forum's needs. As a forum member myself, I know that great retreats need to be transformational, and full of new experiences. I look forward to creating your next retreat adventure in Greater London, Barcelona, or Formentera!
