More recently Janet has taken her Family Constellations wisdom to YPO Families as the co-author and designer of the Family Forum ebook, bringing practices and tools to enhance the dynamics of families.
Today her focus is to help others find meaning, purpose and understand what makes them who they are, to help them to find their essence, mastery and ultimately their genius. She does this on Retreats for forums and/or teams.
