Located just a few minutes by car from the lively town of Kas, the villa is serene & peaceful. Savad Villa is meticulously cared for by a full time care-taker who will help with anything you might need.
The house is roomy and comfortable in all white with cool local marble floors throughout. There is air conditioning in every room to keep you cool on warmer days and there are great breezes off the sea. Every room has amazing views of the sea and the local islands.
Guests have full access to the villa. The fourth bedroom is semi-detached with its own private entrance so people can come and go without disturbing the other members of the house. It has a private bathroom with toilet and shower. It is also air-conditioned.
The Neighborhood
- The peninsula where the villa is located is private and quiet. It is inhabited mostly by private luxury villas.
Getting around
- There is an easy shuttle bus that circles the peninsula to go to Kas town all day. You can also get a taxi easily from the town to the peninsula. We have a private parking area for your car and the ride to town is made easily in less than 10 minutes.
Things to Note
- The pool is large and lovely and cared for and cleaned each day by the gardener. The pool is shared with the 2 neighboring villas but is often empty. There is a private area around the pool for each villa with lounges and umbrellas.

Cancellations
Cancel up to 7 days before check in and get a 50% refund (minus service fees). Cancel within 7 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable. Service fees are refunded when cancellation happens before check in and within 48 hours of booking.
