Michael Bloch has been a sought-after resource to YPO members, chapters and leadership groups for 10 years. He has led dozens of member and spouse retreats for YPO, YPO Gold and the Harvard Business School Alumni Association. He is the founder of the YPO Members-in-Transition Network and has worked with many forums and individual members who are struggling through professional and personal transitions.
Michael has been both the CEO of his family business and the founder of a successful start-up, so he has an insider’s perspective on the pressures and challenges faced by senior leaders in both family and entrepreneurial businesses.
In addition to his facilitation and coaching work, Michael is an award-winning filmmaker and an avid cyclist. As a survivor of both coloncancer and b-cell lymphoma, Michael is an active fundraiser for cancer research. He and Sondra have three young adult sons and reside just outside Boston, Massachusetts, USA.
