Straight out of college, Rajesh joined his ancestral business, established in 1880. Soon, the music bug got him to pursue Indian music (sitar), playing private concerts around the world. And, in 1985, he founded a huge critical care hospital that saves more than 500 lives each year.
Over the years, Rajesh has spent 80,000 hours mastering 14 disciplines to help chief executives accelerate stagnating growth. He has coached more than 40,000 people, 9,000 executives and 350 chief executives with a combined asset base of more than USD3.5 billion. His clients include chief executives and top teams in organizations such as Nielsen, 3i Infotech, Transworld, BNI ME, the Chairman Emeritus of Raymond and the founder of Cleartrip.
Rajesh lives in Dubai with his wife Sejal who captained the Indian Table Tennis team. He is a popular party chef and loves to entertain friends at his in-home fine-dining experience, “Conversations: Food for the Soul”.
